Data Architect with Finance and Capital Market Experience
 Data architect skills

• Oracle database
• Database design principals
• SQL performance tuning and optimization
• Denormalization of existing tables for data analytics
• Work with SumRidge software developers and analysts to understand the existing data structure
• Design tables to store additional data, specifically:
  • Snapshots of evaluated prices and internal analytics used to price bonds
  • Snapshots of quotations and other market data
  • Request for Quotation data

Data engineering skills

• Python and SQL processing
• ETL development
• Basic data cleaning
• Data pipeline automation
• Build processes to monitor and alert when a table update fails

Nice to Have

• Some domain knowledge of fixed-income securities or trading would be helpful
• Java skills could be useful – SumRidge Trading System code which populates the database, is written in Java
• Provide advice on other technologies we might want to use (in addition to Oracle SQL)
